World War IDS Thomas Krag

DS Thomas Krag was damaged on September 16, 1917, in a torpedo attack by the German U-boat UC-17 but managed to stay afloat. The ship was en route from Rotterdam to Cardiff in ballast. Two people perished in the attack. Thomas Krag was later scrapped in 1933. (Source: Sjøhistorie.no)
