World War IIMT Bramora

MT Bramora was on a lone journey from Bandar Abbas to Melbourne carrying oil. The ship disappeared without trace. Later, sources has revealed that the Japanese U-boat, I-10, led by Commander Tonozuka, sunk a ship September 14th of 1942 in the position 0600N, 6700E and concludes that the ship must have been the Bramora. The very same Tonozuka had just 14 days prior shot down all survivors of the MT. Alcides, except for three of the crew were taken in as prisoner and brought to Japan.  The whole crew of 39 perished in the sinking.
