World War IDS Adour
DS Adour was torpedoed by the German U-boat U-64 on December 9, 1917, approximately 2 nautical miles off Pas Harmiguas lighthouse. The ship was en route from Valencia to Liverpool carrying fruit. Tragically, 2 people lost their lives in the sinking. (Source: Sjøhistorie.no)
