World War IDS Anna Lea
DS Anna Lea departed Cardiff with coal en route to France on February 28th, 1918, as the last confirmed sighting. The entire crew of 15 perished when the ship disappeared. Three bodies from the vessel washed ashore near St. Ives in early March.
