World War IIDS Jernfjeld

DS Jernfjeld ran aground on the English East Coast on February 3, 1940. The ship served in Nortraship’s service along the British coast throughout the entire war. In 1946, the ship was sold to San Jeronimo Steamship Co (Wallem & Co) Panama and renamed San Jeronimo. The ship was scrapped in 1957.
