World War IIMT J. H. Senior

The MT J. H. Senior collided on 19 August 1943 in convoy with two other vessels and sank east of Newfoundland. A fire broke out aboard the ship, and several lives were lost, including four Norwegians. The vessel was later repaired and remained in service until it was scrapped in 1955.
