World War IDS Frisk
DS Frisk was torpedoed on March 20, 1917, by the German submarine UC-50 northeast of Coquet Island. The ship was en route from Amble to Fredrikstad with a cargo of coal. Seven people lost their lives in the shipwreck. (Source: Sjøhistorie.no)
