World War IDS Memento
DS Memento was struck by a mine on March 31, 1916, by a mine laid by the German U-boat UC-5 at the Packfield buoy, Lowestoft. The ship was en route from London to Porsgrunn carrying a cargo of coal. One person lost his life in the shipwreck. (Source: Sjøhistorie.no)
