World War IISS Taberg

The Swedish SS Taberg was torpedoed on 8 June 1941 by the Italian U-boat Marconi 300 nautical miles west of Gibraltar. The vessel was en route from Glasgow to Huelva. Two Norwegians lost their lives in the sinking.
