World War IDS Tromø
DS Tromø was struck by a mine on October 3, 1914, northeast of Coquet Island. The ship was en route from Porsgrunn to Hull carrying a cargo of telegraph poles. Two people lost their lives in the shipwreck. (Source: sjohistorie.no)
