World War IIDS Tunni
The DS Tunni was among the vessels scuttled on 2 March 1942 in Surabaya harbour, Java, to prevent them from falling into the hands of the Japanese invasion forces. The scuttling was carried out on orders from the Allied command. Several crew members from the sunken ships were later taken as prisoners of war by the Japanese.
