World War IIDS Vilma
The DS Vilma was captured by the Germans on 7 August 1940 while en route from Svalbard to Bodø. The vessel was damaged in a British air raid off Bergen on 2 December 1940, during which the pilot lost his life. The ship later managed to reach Knarrvik. It was returned to its owners after the war and was scrapped in 1957.
