World War IIST Shinhwa

The British ST Shinhwa was captured on December 8, 1941, by Japanese forces off the coast of Hong Kong. Some of the crew members were interned in Shanghai. The ship was transferred to the Japanese state in 1942 and renamed Takasaki Maru. It’s fate after August 1945 is unknown.
