World War IIMK Selma

The Norwegian motor vessel Selma was engaged in firewood transport on the Trondheimsfjord on 1 March 1942. On that day, it was also towing the old sailing yacht Morild. Due to prevailing conditions, the two vessels drifted into a German minefield, and all four on board were killed in the resulting explosion.
