World War IIMS Gundersen
MV Gundersen was torpedoed on 2nd July 1942 by the German uboat U-129. The ship was on a voyage from Tela, Honduras til Galveston, Texas with bananas and got hit by the torpedo in the second cargo space. One british mess boy perished in the sinking.
