World War IISS P.L.M. 14
The British SS P.L.M.14 was torpedoed and severely damaged by a German motor torpedo boat on 17 October 1940 off Immingham, England. One Norwegian lost his life in the torpedo attack. The vessel was later repaired and remained in service until it was scrapped in 1953.
