World War IIDS Rona
DS Rona was damaged during a British air raid on the ship on January 26, 1941. The ship was en route from Hamburg to Stavanger, and two crew members perished in the air attack. Another crew member died two days later due to the injuries from the attack.
DS Rona was later converted into a lifting vessel and remained in operation until it was scrapped in 1948.
